Almost everyone craves a burger now and then, but too often, Grill’d founder, Simon Crowe felt compelled to abstain. He’d complain to friends that he could rarely find a burger that didn’t make him feel heavy & bloated. Most agreed and eventually a good friend (sick of his whining) told him to put up or shut up. It was in that pub that the idea of Grill’d was born. Richard and Elizabeth Nash have supported the local community since Grill’d arrived in Bendigo including an annual Get Grill’d campaign.
