Move for Mental Health is all about getting you moving to reach your fitness and fundraising goals.

Register as an individual, a family or as part of a team and help raise vital funds to improve mental health services throughout the Loddon Mallee region.
 
You decide what type of exercise you do, you may wish to walk each day, take regular gym classes or cycle 50km per week, the choice is yours. 

  • Join anytime, move your way: Whether it’s walking, running, swimming, meditating or dancing — you can now take on a physical or wellbeing challenge at any time of the year.

  • Keep the conversation going: Mental health matters every day. That’s why we’re shifting our focus from a single month to ongoing awareness and support throughout the year.

  • Stronger together: We’re building a Move for Mental Health Team to take part in major physical events across the calendar year, shining a spotlight on mental health in our region.
