Community support delivers new prostate cancer nurse specialist
In conjunction with the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and the Blokes Biggest Lunch, the Bendigo Health Foundation is co-funding a new role at Bendigo Health. Through your incredible support, Ray Nicholson has been appointed as Bendigo Health’s dedicated Prostate Cancer Nurse Specialist.
In this role, Ray will guide patients through every stage of their diagnosis and treatment, providing expert clinical care and compassionate support when it’s needed most. With an average of 422 new prostate cancer diagnoses each year across the Loddon Mallee region, this position ensures more patients have access to personalised care and an extra layer of support throughout their treatment and survivorship journey.
