Exemplar Health

Exemplar Health is responsible for the design, construction and financing of the Bendigo Hospital Project. The consortium is led by Capella Capital and joined by Lendlease, Spotless and Siemens. After constructing the world class hospital and ancillary developments Exemplar Health will provide facility management services for 25 years

Exemplar Health is committed to ensuring that Bendigo Health is the region’s leading health service, not only as a Platinum Sponsor of the charitable arm of the hospital, but also as the facility manager of the ‘new’ Bendigo hospital building.

The partnership has demonstrated its connection to the local community and helped connect us with new audiences. An impressive $287,277 was raised for our Cancer Wellness Program at the second annual McKean McGregor Community-led Gala Ball held on 17 June 2023. The inaugural event on 25 June 2022 raised $141,000 for cancer wellness services which resulted in the expansion of our Cancer Wellness Program and establishment of new dedicated counselling service.
