Being family lawyers, we often witness the deep and sometimes hidden struggles people face, which underscores the importance of mental well-being. We firmly believe in the power of exercise to uplift the mind and spirit, benefitting not just ourselves but the community at large.
All proceeds go directly to Bendigo Health Foundation to help raise vital funds to improve mental health services throughout the Loddon Mallee region.
