The 2025 McKean McGregor Gala Ball was an unforgettable evening of community, generosity and celebration and thanks to the incredible support of everyone involved, it raised an outstanding $252,820 for the Cancer Wellness Program at Bendigo Health.
Held on Saturday, 14 June at Red Energy Arena, this year’s event brought together more than 1,000 guests for a night of fine food, entertainment and heartfelt giving. From live auctions and raffles to moving speeches and shared stories, the night was a powerful reminder of the impact we can make when we come together for a cause that touches so many.
And the impact is growing.
With this year’s result, the McKean McGregor Gala Ball has now contributed a staggering $935,436 over the past four years to support patients and families affected by cancer across our region.
These funds directly support Bendigo Health’s Cancer Wellness Program, which offers services like oncology massage, yoga, meditation, counselling, art therapy and more, all designed to support people beyond their clinical treatment and help them live well through and beyond cancer.
We are so proud and grateful for the team at McKean McGregor for their commitment to making this event such a success year after year. Their dedication, alongside the generosity of sponsors, donors, volunteers and attendees, is what makes this possible.
Every ticket purchased, every item bid on, and every dollar donated is helping us expand the reach and capacity of our Cancer Wellness Centre – creating a more compassionate, holistic experience for people navigating one of life’s toughest journeys.
