Mental Wellbeing Breakfast in support of Move for Mental Health

We had a wonderful morning at the serene Omari during our Mental Wellbeing Breakfast.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to our meditation facilitator, Nardine Ralph, who skillfully guided us through a series of rejuvenating breathwork exercises, setting the perfect tone for a centered and relaxed day.

We'd also like to express our gratitude to Superintendent Jenelle Fuller for sharing her personal mental health journey and imparting valuable insights on navigating challenging times.  Superintendent Fuller's story was a testament to resilience and the power of self-care. She offered valuable insights on navigating challenging times, reminding us all that we have the strength to overcome life's hurdles. Her story was both inspiring and motivating, reminding us that mental health is a journey, and it's essential to be kind to ourselves along the way.
